ABOUT
I’m Charlotte, and I’m not interested in becoming invisible
Change leader for more than 20 years, competitive triathlete and founder of Future Fit Females™. I’m building this in midlife, with a body that has its own opinions, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
How I got here
Years ago I was leading change on an SAP rollout, and one remote mining site simply wasn't engaging. Rather than force compliance, I went to the site and listened to what was behind the resistance. The real problem turned out to be payroll configuration, so we fixed that, and the site came with us
I've worked that way my whole career, leading change at BHP and Newmont and coaching senior leaders at ANZ and Qantas. In 2015 I introduced Lean Change Management to Australia and New Zealand. The lesson is always the same: resistance is information, and the real issue is almost always deeper than it first looks.
When perimenopause arrived, I made the mistake I'd watched organisations make for years: I treated the symptom, not the system.
What finally worked was the approach I'd use in any organisation: look at the whole system rather than one symptom at a time. Energy, sleep, strength, hormones, work and purpose turned out to be one problem, not six.
That's why Future Fit Females™ exists. The women I've worked alongside for two decades were hitting the same wall, often at the peak of their careers, in workplaces that make no allowance for this stage of life and a health system that looks at one part of them at a time. They didn't need fixing. They needed a plan that treated them as a whole person, and other women to do it with.

In organisations
More than 20 years leading strategic change across mining, energy, banking, healthcare and government.
Led change at BHP and Newmont, and coached senior leaders at ANZ and Qantas.

Now helping leaders adopt AI with confidence, which is what I bring to the career side of Future Fit Females™.
In sport

MSc Management Development and Training (Commendation) and BA (Hons) Business Studies, University of Bristol.
High Flow certified coach (Flow Research Collective), NLP Practitioner and Meta Coach.
Lean Change Management licensed facilitator, ICAgile accredited trainer and Prosci certified.
TWO GENERATIONS, ONE MISSION
Working with my daughter, Emily
Emily is a qualified personal trainer, triathlon coach and swim coach, and she's studying sports science. She's also a seriously good triathlete, finishing second female at the 2026 Australian Long Distance Triathlon National Championships.
She brings the science of strength and movement. I bring the lived experience of training, working and leading through this stage of life.
This is the place for you if….
You're in a senior, director or business owner role, and you're ready to get physically and strategically stronger at the same time, rather than choosing one.
You want the science and the lived experience together, not another wellness checklist, and not someone telling you to just relax.
You're willing to do the work. This isn't content to scroll through, and it isn't designed to keep you comfortable. It's designed to change things.
I'd love to hear where you are right now. The best place to start is the free Scorecard: it takes a few minutes and shows you where to focus first.
