These terms apply to the purchase of the Future Fit Foundations™ six week programme. the Future Fit Assessment and the Future Fit Strategy Session, supplied by Espinets Services Pty Ltd trading as Future Fit Females (“we”, “us”). Future Fit Spark is a free programme and these terms and conditions apply to its content and intellectual property. By making payment, the purchaser (“you”) agrees to these terms.

1. What you are purchasing

Future Fit Foundations™ is a six week programme of online lessons and live group calls, with any in person sessions confirmed in writing for each cohort, and coaching as described in your programme materials. The Future Fit Strategy Session is a single one to one coaching session. Programme dates, session times and locations will be confirmed in writing before payment is finalised.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. The price you are quoted at the time of booking is the total price payable, with no additional mandatory charges added afterwards.

3. Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place unless a payment plan has been agreed with us in writing in advance. Your place in a cohort is not confirmed until payment, or the first instalment under an agreed payment plan, has been received.

4. Your right to change your mind

If you simply change your mind about proceeding, the following applies. This is a discretionary policy we offer in addition to, not instead of, your consumer guarantee rights below.

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund, less a $150 administration fee to cover costs already incurred, such as venue and materials.

• Between 14 and 7 days before the programme start date: 50% refund, or the option to transfer your place to the next available cohort at no additional charge.

• Less than 7 days before the programme start date, or after the programme has started: no refund for change of mind, but you may transfer your remaining place to another eligible person, or request a one time deferral to the next cohort, subject to availability.

For the Future Fit Strategy Session, rescheduling is available at no charge with more than 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, reflecting the time set aside exclusively for your session.

For the Future Fit Assessment, once the Assessment has been started, change of mind refunds don’t apply (your consumer guarantee rights still do).

5. Your consumer guarantee rights

Nothing in this document limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or to cancel your service agreement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services re-supplied within a reasonable time if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe we have not provided a service with due care and skill, or that it is not fit for the purpose we described, contact us first using the details below so we can put it right. If we cannot resolve it directly, you can contact the ACCC or your state or territory fair trading body for further guidance.

6. If we need to cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a cohort or a Strategy Session, or need to reschedule a live or in person session, you will be offered, at your choice, a full refund of any amount paid for the affected service, or a transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.

7. Health and physical participation

Future Fit Foundations™ includes physical strength and movement components. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate, and that you will inform us of any injury, condition or pregnancy that may affect your participation before the programme starts. We recommend you consult your doctor before beginning any new physical training programme. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk, and you participate at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

Information you share with us during coaching sessions, applications or the platform is kept confidential and is not shared outside Future Fit Females without your consent, except where we are required to disclose it by law. Group programmes begin with a group agreement covering confidentiality, attendance, work between sessions and honest feedback. By joining a group programme, you agree to keep what other participants share confidential.

9. Intellectual property

Future Fit Foundations™, Future Fit Spark, the Future Fit Assessment, the 5Rs framework and all associated materials and all associated programme materials remain the intellectual property of Espinets Services Pty Ltd. Materials are provided for your personal use during and after the programme and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.
