FOR PROFESSIONAL WOMEN IN MIDLIFE AND PERIMENOPAUSE
Your next decade can be your strongest.
I help senior women build physical strength and career strategy together, so the years ahead are the most powerful of their working life.
A STORY I KEEP HEARING
A senior executive stood in front of her board to present a project she had led for six months. She knew it inside out, and with the words on the slide in front of her, she lost what she was going to say.
She was forgetting the names of people she had worked with for years, and her executive health checks kept coming back fine. So she concluded she wasn't up to the job anymore. It was perimenopause, and nobody had connected the dots, including her. She left corporate life, and says now that she probably opted out when she could have stayed.
I heard her tell that story at an evening in Perth. A year earlier, at a mining conference, another senior woman told me almost exactly the same one. Two women, a year apart, the same ending.
No woman writes "perimenopause" in her exit interview. She says she wants a change, or more balance, or a new challenge. So organisations never see what they're losing, and capable women make permanent career decisions without the full picture. Future Fit Females exists so that decision is yours, made with that picture.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You're at the top of your game, and your body has changed the rules. Sleep, energy and recovery don't respond the way they used to, and nobody has handed you a better playbook.
You've built a serious career and you're deciding what the next ten years are for: the bigger role, the board seat, your own business, or something you haven't named yet.
You know strength training matters, you know AI is changing your work, and you know you should find a GP who actually listens. Knowing has never been the problem. Doing it while running a full life is.
If any of that landed, you're in the right place. None of this is a personal failing. Most workplaces, and much of the health system, were never designed around this stage of a woman's life.
WHAT CHANGES
What you’ll walk away with
Not just clarity or confidence. A specific plan, grounded in evidence about your own body, energy and career, that you can follow, even on the busiest of days.
Your body as an asset, not an obstacle. Strength, energy, sleep and hormonal health, approached with evidence rather than guesswork, so perimenopause and menopause become something you understand and work with rather than something that happens to you.
Your body
Your career
Your career on your terms. Clarity about what you want the next stage of your working life to look like, the confidence to be heard in the room, and a practical view of how AI and a changing world of work will affect your role.
Your purpose
Who you are becoming. Your values, identity and purpose for the next decade, worked through the 5 Rs framework, so the decisions you make fit the woman you are now rather than the one you were ten years ago.
HOW WE GET THERE
The 5Rs
I built this framework from 20 years of leading change in organisations, because people change in much the same way companies do. You can't rebuild on an empty tank, and a new habit won't hold unless the structure around it changes too.
Reflect
See honestly where you are, starting with your Future Fit Female Assessment and what your lowest answers are telling you.
Replenish
Get your energy, sleep and recovery back before you ask anything more of yourself.
Reimagine
Picture a next chapter that excites you rather than scares you, and set your strength baseline.
Realign
Make the practical changes that turn that picture into your actual week.
Rise
Live and lead from the new version of yourself, with the habits embedded and other women beside you.
Hi, I’m Charlotte
For more than 20 years I led change inside organisations like BHP and Newmont, and coached senior leaders at ANZ and Qantas. When perimenopause arrived, I made the mistake I’d watched organisations make for years: I treated the symptom, not the system.
So I did what I’d always done for organisations. Future Fit Females™ is what came out of it, built with my daughter Emily, a strength and conditioning coach. Two generations, one mission.
